Irish Soda Bread

I found this recipe on an online resource on St. Patrick's Day.
I made it and took it to Guadalupe House in Tacoma and St. Patrick himself said it was the best he'd ever eaten.
I made another for work today and it was appreciated there as well.

Soda Bread
Beat together
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
Mix together:
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. vinegar
and add to sugar and egg mixture
Stir in:
4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup raisins
1 tsp. caraway seed
Knead a few times and form into a round loaf. Placed into 9-10" well-greased cast iron skillet. Cut cross in top. Brush with orange juice and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in skillet at 350 degrees F for 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown.
